• Please leave the sliding doors closed when you leave the unit.It frecuently rains towards the apartment and would weat the interior.
• This is an eco-friendly property.Please switch off the A/C when you leave the unit.

• This is a no smoking unit.However, you can smoke on the terrace.
• Kindly use metal/thermic glases when you are on the pool.( a broken glass in that area would determine emptying the pool for safety reasons.

• Supermarket:3 min far driving (Carrefour).It is mandatory to use face mask/hands sanitizer.
• Facemask is mandatory for public places in general.
• Water and chocolates and are complementary.Cleaning supplies are also provided once.We want you to have the basics covered at arrival until you have time to do your own provision

• Safe Box: Open the door, remove the battery cover and press the key botton inside the battery compartment on the door back.Yellow led will go on.Enter the new code ( 2-8 digits) followed by the # key.Yellow LED will go off to indicate the new code has been accepted and stored.

If the new programming attempt fails, the yellow LED will flash with five bips.You must attempt your new code again.

NOTE : once your code is changed, keep it in a safe place.Your original safe code cannot be used again to open the safe.

Pool/Safety
Please do not stand or seat on the edges of the pool facing the outside.
Swimmingpool cleaning is Tuesdays and Fridays around 11am .If you do not want this service, please let us know.

Tiles could be slippery when are wet.
