Marina's place is a gem. The views are breathtaking every morning, and the place is designed very well and very stylish. Marina and Gabriel are wonderful, accommodating hosts in every way. We will 100% be coming back.

Honestly I barely ever write reviews but I just had to for Marina! She is the best Airbnb host o have ever dealt with! Her place is sooooo beautiful! The pictures don’t even do the view justice! Her place was very neat and clean. She left suggestions of places to eat and visit. It was a birthday trip. She took time out to decorate the place before my arrival and really set the tone of the trip! If you’re ever visiting St. Maarten Marinas place is the place to stay! I can’t wait to come back! Thanks for everything!

This place is spectacular. Marina is an outstanding host who continued to check-in on us, offer suggestions, and local advice. It really is shockingly beautiful. Space is perfect, I would give it more stars if it let me 🙂

Marinas place is amazing!! Myself and a couple friends stayed here for a week to escape the madness of COVID in the states and get outside safely before we’re are all back to being isolated in our homes as the weather gets cold again. We were able to work from there during the week with full access to WiFi and could enjoy the sun and pool whenever we had breaks/downtime. It is very clean and she even provided us with a cute welcome package of hand sanitizer and face masks. Both inside her home and while out and about on the island we felt safe. It’s about a 15 minute drive from the airport and 5 minutes to the beach/ shopping area in Phillipsburg and 5 minutes from most of the restaurants and night life in Simpson bay. The locals seem to be handling the virus situation much better then we have here in the US. You cannot walk inside a store or restaurant without them making sure they see you sanitize your hands first and do much better with social distancing. As far as communication, Marina was always a text message away to answer any questions we had but allowed us to check ourselves in and never invaded our privacy. The place looks exactly like the pictures only better in person. Waking up to see the sunrise was my highlight of each morning. If you have the chance to book her place, do not hesitate! Only thing to remember is she is on a VERY steep hill- I rented a small suv and had no problems. Kudos to her on creating this amazingly beautiful space for so many to enjoy! I will definitely be back!

I loved staying at Marina and Gabi’s condo! Upon arrival to St. Maarten and picking up my rental, they dropped me a pin to meet a local restaurant in order to help me navigate my way back to their place. As listed in the description, it is located on a hill so appreciated the assistance with this! The views provided by this condo were unreal. The photos do not do it justice! The pictures are 100% accurate. They were kind enough to provide chocolates and a bottle of wine upon arrival. The private pool is cool and so amazing for a morning, midday, or night swim (anytime really)! The location is prime and is within 5-15 minutes from grocery, restaurants, and beaches. The condo was very clean and they even provided masks, sanitizer, and antibacterial wipes. With COVID still active, I wanted to ensure I felt safe and the condo was fully sanitized. US citizens are not allowed across the border to Saint Martin (French side), but there is still plenty to do and much to enjoy. I went to beach for three days in a row. A beach chair and umbrella is provided! I preferred to cook breakfast and lunch and order take-out to pick up for dinner. The grocery store is a quick 3 minute drive. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stovetop, and microwave and stocked with pans, dishes, etc. for you to make many meals if so chose. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit. The outlets are 110 and fully convertible for US and European plugs. This was great because the converter I had is a little bulky but was not necessary. I came on this solo trip to relax before starting an intense fall. I had to work remote for one day and the WiFi was strong the entire time. Marina and Gabi were very responsive from the very beginning, even prior to my arrival. I had a flight issue and they were accommodating and flexible to my arrival time. They do reside in on the property in an alternate condo but they provide you full privacy with a private entrance and parking spot available to you. I do not have any recommendations for improvements. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend this place to all who come across this listing. You will not be disappointed. I intend to return in a few months and looking forward to booking this place again! Thank you both for contributing to my lovely stay!
